Closing your Pesa Mkononi account

Before you can close your loan account, you will need to complete the following

Pending loan settlements:

Please ensure that all outstanding loans are fully settled
Please confirm that there are no ongoing or pending loan applications
Please be prepared to receive a confirmation call from our customer service team, this step is required to verify your identity and confirm your application

Future reactivation:

Please note that once your account is closed, please do not log in to use your account for 30 days, otherwise the closure may fail. After 30 days, you will need to reapply for a loan. You are always welcome to rejoin and continue to use our services.
